What is the MOQ of your products?
Usually our MOQ is 300~3000pcs/color for custom products,12~15pcs/color for stock products.You can browse our details page to check the MOQ of specified products.
Can I customized my logo or package?
Sure.The OEM/ODM is available.
Can I get some samples?
A:Yes.If you need samples,please contact us directly.And the samples in stock will be shipped within 7 days.And if finally you place an order,the sample cost will be returned back to you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We will process your order as soon as we receive your order, Therefore we are unable to make any changes or modifications to the order.
Can I get a discount?
We will issue coupons on holidays, such as Thanksgiving, Black Friday...please pay attention.

What is your production delivery date?
For stock products and samples, we can immediately ship them to you in 3-5 working days. For OEM order, we will finish production and make the delivery within 30-90 days which depends on the quantities and requirements after receiving your payment or deposit.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
We will send you the tracking nubmer of your order after we send the goods.

What is your payment terms?
For stock order,100% T/T payment in advance,
For OEM/ODM order,30% deposit in advance,70% balance of payment before shipment.
